Performs construction tasks for the District's environmental and civil works projects
Obtain timely and cost effective projects through contract administration in accordance with contract requirements
Reviews and analyzes proposals submitted by contractors, installation personnel and using agencies for changes to plans
Maintain familiarity with contract requirements and monitor funds available
