Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end program for CRM migration from legacy Veeva CRM to Vault CRM platform
Define program roadmap, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics
Establish program governance, reporting cadence, and risk management framework
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business, IT, Data, Validation, Compliance, and Vendors
Drive planning and execution across workstreams — data migration, integrations, testing, training, and change management
Manage vendor and partner teams, ensuring deliverables meet scope, quality, and timelines
Collaborate with Life Sciences commercial operations, sales, and compliance stakeholders
Track program budget, resource allocation, and timelines
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
Provide regular status reports and executive updates to senior leadership
Ensure GxP and regulatory considerations are addressed where applicable
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in Program / Delivery Management
Proven experience managing large enterprise CRM or platform migration programs
Hands-on experience working with Veeva ecosystem projects (CRM / Vault programs preferred)
Strong background in Life Sciences / Pharma / Biotech domain (mandatory)
Experience managing multi-vendor and global delivery teams
Strong knowledge of SDLC, validation, and compliance requirements in regulated environments
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Experience with Agile / Hybrid program delivery models
Preferred
Direct experience in Veeva CRM to Vault CRM migration programs
PMP / PgMP / Agile certifications preferred
Experience with commercial operations systems in Life Sciences
Exposure to data migration and system integration programs
