Responsibilities
Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to financial business functions
Develop role-based, accessibility-compliant training content
Create instructor materials, course outlines, guides, job aids, and multimedia content
Break down complex technical concepts into structured learning modules
Develop training curriculum for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
Participate in system design discussions and testing to ensure training accuracy
Incorporate curriculum updates based on system changes and business processes
Deliver instructor-led, remote, and asynchronous eLearning sessions
Produce clear, well-organized user guides and training documentation
Maintain and update training materials and related SharePoint sites
Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and assistive technologies
Conduct test analysis and revise assessment materials as needed
Work closely with cross-functional teams in a large remote environment
Gather and analyze training needs based on new processes and policies
Provide technical guidance to trainers and end users
Support productivity reporting and recommend training tools or external resources
Stay current with emerging instructional technologies and delivery methods
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience developing training programs for ERP systems
8+ years developing accessibility-compliant training content
4+ years hands-on experience with eLearning software
4+ years hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
4+ years experience using Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
2+ years experience using MS Teams in a large team environment
2+ years experience maintaining and updating SharePoint sites
Strong understanding of Agile, iterative delivery methods
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience working with public sector organizations
Experience using Jira
Understanding of accessibility standards and assistive technologies
