The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and optimizing OFSC solutions to meet complex business requirements.

Responsibilities
Lead or support the implementation and configuration of Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) for B2B service operations
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable OFSC solutions
Configure OFSC entities including Activities, Resources, Routing, Quota, Capacity, and Business Rules
Integrate OFSC with Oracle Service Cloud, ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Design and implement workflow automation and custom integrations to enhance service delivery efficiency
Conduct workshops, user training, and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions
Provide ongoing technical and functional support during deployment and post-go-live phases
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure on-time delivery and system alignment with business goals
Produce detailed design documents, solution architecture diagrams, and configuration guides
Qualification
Required
minimum 15+ years of overall experience
6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) implementations
Strong B2B service domain knowledge, particularly in scheduling, dispatching, and workforce management
Experience integrating OFSC with other Oracle CX or ERP modules (e.g., Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle Fusion, or E-Business Suite)
Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and data mapping for integration
Strong understanding of routing logic, capacity management, and field service KPIs
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel as required (client meetings, workshops, or onsite project phases)
