Responsibilities
Configure, build, and optimize Epic Beaker AP & CP modules
Partner with lab leadership, pathologists, and clinical teams to gather and translate requirements
Support implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives
Ensure system alignment with CAP, CLIA, and regulatory standards
Collaborate with IT teams for system stability, integration, and best practices
Produce documentation, analysis, and deliverables for consulting engagements
Qualification
Required
Active Epic Beaker Certification in AP and CP
Data Innovations (DI) Certification (required)
Hands-on Epic Beaker build, configuration, and optimization experience
Experience supporting academic medical center or complex hospital lab environments
Strong understanding of AP & CP laboratory workflows and operations
Experience translating lab business/clinical requirements into system solutions
Experience in consulting, SOW-based, or vendor-supported engagements
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills
