Responsibilities
Access, review, and generate reports from systems including Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau
Assist with development and maintenance of dashboards to visualize data and trends
Utilize SQL and Databricks to extract and analyze data effectively
Analyze volume shifts and trends, proactively reporting on drivers
Create presentations and storytelling materials that summarize volumes, trends, and insights for leadership
Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance analysis and reporting impact
Engage cross-departmentally with stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Revenue Assurance, Marketing, Product, IT) to uncover opportunities for process or system improvements
Provide operational metrics and data support for process improvement initiatives and business cases aimed at reducing escalations
Analyze complex policies and processes and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
Qualification
Required
4–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or operations analytics
BS in Business Administration, Economics, Math, Data Science, or equivalent experience preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Strong skills in SQL, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), Salesforce reporting, and dashboard creation
Excellent data storytelling and executive communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
