Sr. Account Manager – Digital & Quality Engineering Services
Responsibilities
Lead and manage targeted sales campaigns for national and international clients
Build strategic client relationships with deep industry understanding
Own customer satisfaction and service delivery oversight
Identify optimization opportunities to improve quality, cost, and time-to-market
Utilize solution-selling methodologies to position services
Develop and maintain a strong opportunity pipeline
Manage RFIs/RFPs and proposal development
Attend networking events and industry conferences
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience selling services (primarily in the US)
5–10 years delivering quality engineering services
Proven account growth and optimization experience
Strong executive communication and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree required
Experience with SOW/proposal development tools
CRM expertise (Salesforce preferred)
Ability to travel up to 25%
