The Procurement Senior Analyst is responsible for managing high volume Purchase Orders and ensuring an uninterrupted supply of goods and services for manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities
Execute daily Purchase Order placement (including Free Text / Non‑Catalog) to ensure timely supply and prevent production or service interruptions
Respond to internal stakeholder requests and ensure on‑time delivery aligned with defined SLAs
Investigate and resolve RPA exceptions, PO rejections, and other automation‑related issues, implementing corrective actions
Monitor aged items and support GR/IR reconciliation to avoid discrepancies
Maintain proactive communication with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, strengthen relationships, and resolve operational issues
Support end‑to‑end procurement processes that aim to reduce total cost of ownership while supporting continuous, uninterrupted supply
Partner daily with teams in Canada, participating in calls, providing email support, and escalating issues when necessary
Contribute to standardized processes, policy compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field
English: B2–B2+
French: B2–B2+ (Required to support stakeholders and suppliers in Canada.)
Minimum of 1+ year of experience in at least one of the following areas: OTC (Order to Cash), PTP (Procure to Pay), International Trade / Import–Export operations
Experience working with high‑volume Purchase Orders
Proficiency in SAP and intermediate Excel
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Supplier communication, issue resolution, and 3‑way match troubleshooting experience
Experience with Ariba
Yellow Belt certification (nice to have)
