Technical Program Manager III, Compute Resource Planning, Platforms and Devices

Responsibilities
Develop and roll out operational processes and tools for compute resources based on best practices and feedback from vertical stakeholders and users
Establish metrics to inform planning decisions and measure efficiency and utilization, including reporting and alerting
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand and identify work problems, define goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact
Prioritize program goals. Understand and translate stakeholder needs into program goals and prioritized deliverables with minimal assistance. Contribute to decisions on prioritizing goals and deliverables
Identify, communicate, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals. Build, maintain and enhance business, operational, and management dashboards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program management
Experience building, automating, and developing distributed systems from ideation to deployment
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., lean, six sigma, kanban, kaizen etc.)
Preferred
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience identifying process improvements and quantifying impact
Experience in navigating ambiguity
Understanding of machine resource provisioning, allocating, and queueing/scheduling systems
Understanding of accounting-based or capacity planning principles
