Responsibilities
Partner directly with engineering leadership to operationalize technology strategy and roadmap priorities
Convert leadership objectives into structured execution plans, timelines, and measurable deliverables
Track cross-team initiatives and ensure follow-through across engineering, product, and business stakeholders
Prepare executive presentations, leadership briefings, and stakeholder communications
Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups while driving decisions and accountability
Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and organizational blockers and drive resolution
Maintain visibility into ongoing initiatives and provide leadership insight into status and impact
Support planning, prioritization, and execution across application, data, and operational teams
Qualification
Required
7–10 years of experience in technical program management, consulting, or technology operations
Experience working directly with engineering organizations or software delivery teams
Strong executive communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint, written summaries, stakeholder messaging)
Ability to interpret technical discussions and communicate business impact
Experience managing timelines, roadmaps, and multi-team initiatives
Highly organized with strong follow-through and ownership mentality
