IT Support Technican

They are seeking an IT Support Technician to support and maintain Windows endpoints, manage user accounts, and ensure optimal performance of IT systems while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
Provide Helpdesk Support, User Onboarding & Offboarding
Independently resolve technology issues as reported by staff
Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
On-board new users in M365, Azure, Salesforce, and other business applications
Ensure exceptional Customer Satisfaction and positive customer experiences
Collaborate with outside vendors for Support, Setup & Configuration changes
Support laptops, desktops, phones, tablets, and printers
Communicate and follow up on all open issues and escalate in a timely manner
Manage M365 licenses, applications, user accounts, Directories, phones, and email
Maintain cybersecurity awareness training program and Egnyte cloud file storage solution
Contribute to project work related to IT Infrastructure
Regularly monitor IT systems and infrastructure to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact users. This includes overseeing the health of servers, network devices, and software applications to ensure optimal performance and uptime
Develop and conduct training sessions for staff on the use of various IT systems and applications, including best practices for cybersecurity. This duty is crucial for empowering users to utilize technology effectively and safely
Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT processes, system configurations, and changes. Prepare regular reports on IT support activities, system performance, and any issues encountered, contributing to the continuous improvement of IT services
Qualification
Required
AS degree in computer science or IT Certifications in lieu of degree
2+ years of experience in IT Helpdesk or similar role
Experience with O365/M365, Intune, Azure, and Office Suite
Familiarity with MS Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint & Email support
Knowledge of ITIL best practices
Knowledge of Backup and Disaster Recovery Practices
Some familiarity with Salesforce Administrative functions
