Responsibilities
Lead the Reinsurance Modernization program, a multi-faceted initiative focused on migrating legacy data, upgrading core platforms, and streamlining global integrations
Act as the primary driver for cross-functional delivery, ensuring that complex workstreams ranging from Duck Creek implementation to financial engine integrations are executed with precision
Manage large-scale, complex initiatives involving both Business and IT workstreams
Develop and deliver critical communications for senior stakeholders, requiring the ability to translate technical milestones into business value
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex initiatives involving both Business and IT workstreams
Strong background in the Insurance industry is mandatory; specific experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) and Reinsurance is highly preferred
Deep proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience delivering projects within an Agile framework
Advanced skills in financial management, including budget development, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis
Demonstrated experience managing and collaborating with third-party software and service vendors
Mastery of MS Office Suite, specifically MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Reinsurance industry: 1 year (Required)
Reinsurance software implementation: 1 year (Required)
Project/Program Management: 7 years (Required)
Preferred
specific experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) and Reinsurance is highly preferred
property and casualty insurance: 1 year (Preferred)
