Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
Background in Project Engineering with a focus on technical problem-solving and implementation
Familiarity with drawings and specifications
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management is preferred
Experience with construction software and tools is an advantage
