Responsibilities

Lead and execute technical SEO initiatives, including: Comprehensive site audits and on-page optimization, Schema markup and structured data implementation, Log file analysis, crawl efficiency, and indexation management, Site architecture and internal linking strategies
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis using both traditional and AI-assisted methodologies
Optimize content and site signals for LLM-based and generative search environments, including: AI Overviews and answer engines, Conversational search platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.)
Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility, citation frequency, and factual alignment within AI-generated responses
Partner with content, PR, and Paid Media teams to ensure GEO strategies are reinforced through authoritative content, structured data, and earned signals
Own ASO strategy and execution across Apple App Store, Google Play, and other marketplaces
Optimize app metadata, creative assets (screenshots, previews), and conversion drivers
Monitor reviews, ratings, and competitive benchmarks to inform iteration and testing
Manage and evolve AI-powered search workflows using tools such as: Peec, Profound, Surfer SEO, NeuronWriter (SEO & GEO), ChatGPT and other LLMs for research, content optimization, and testing, AppTweak, Sensor Tower (ASO)
Evaluate and onboard emerging AI and search intelligence platforms to keep Allied at the forefront of optimization best practices
Ensure AI-generated outputs meet brand, tone, accuracy, and performance standards
Translate complex SEO, ASO, and GEO insights into clear, actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders
Support client presentations, audits, and performance reviews as needed
Align organic search strategies with Paid and Earned Media to drive holistic performance

Required

3–5 years of hands-on experience in technical SEO strategy and implementation
Proven expertise in technical SEO audits, crawl management, and site architecture
Proven expertise in schema markup and structured data
Proven expertise in SEO analytics and reporting (GA4, Google Search Console)
Demonstrated experience managing ASO programs, including metadata optimization and competitive analysis
Working knowledge of AI-driven and generative search environments, including how LLMs surface, summarize, and cite content
Practical experience with modern search and AI tooling (e.g., Peec, Profound, Surfer SEO, NeuronWriter, AppTweak, Sensor Tower, ChatGPT)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into strategic recommendations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing presentations
A demonstrated interest in testing, documenting, and scaling AI-enabled optimization workflows
