Processes and organizes claim file information for basic claims for one or more lines
Handles moderately complex claims including claims with coverage questions or recovery potential
Assists in identifying opportunities to streamline claims procedures, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)
Generally, a minimum of 3 years of experience in claim operations or customer service
Develops knowledge of local, state, and federal insurance-related policies
Effective analytical and organizational abilities with a focus on prioritization
Working knowledge of claim data processing systems
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
