Responsibilities
Controller will lead all accounting and financial activities in accordance with GAAP
Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage cost accounting, inventory valuation, and manufacturing financial controls
Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and reporting requirements
As a Controller, you will provide financial insight and decision support to ownership
Drive process improvement, internal controls, and reporting enhancements
Serve as the financial systems lead
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 7+ years of progressive, hands-on accounting experience
Demonstrated experience with cost accounting and inventory-heavy environments
Broad, well-rounded accounting background with strong technical knowledge
Systems-savvy mindset with a continuous improvement orientation
Ability to thrive in a small, collaborative, and highly accountable environment
Preferred
CPA preferred
Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
