Develop and manage program frameworks and timelines, ensuring alignment and execution of key milestones, while identifying dependencies and mitigating risks
Facilitate effective communication and coordination across cross-functional teams, acting as a crucial liaison to maintain project momentum
Oversee comprehensive project documentation and reporting, emphasizing progress, achievements, and pivotal risk points
Implement and refine mechanisms for metric tracking, process scaling, and the assessment of new opportunities to drive strategic growth
Proactively identify and manage potential risks with effective strategies, maintaining a risk register and ensuring robust risk communication
