Financial Analyst
Responsibilities
Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly variance analysis
Prepare financial reports for leadership, programs, and external stakeholders
Track grant budgets, restricted funds, and spending compliance
Analyze revenue streams including donations, grants, contracts, and earned income
Improve processes through financial modeling, automation, and workflow enhancements
Maintain data integrity across accounting, CRM, and reporting systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
2–5 years of financial analysis experience (nonprofit industry experience a plus)
Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and lookup functions
Understanding of grant reporting, restricted funds, and nonprofit GAAP
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams
Preferred
Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus
