Responsibilities
Lead Voice Engineer for the Avaya Aura Telecommunications System managing over 1,000 active lines and supporting 50+ clients across the terminal which is integrated with the Primary Customer’s network to provide VoIP and SIP telephone services
Skilled ISP Technician, overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Overture CPE equipment for high-speed internet delivery via fiber and copper infrastructure
Work closely with client IT teams to ensure system integration and rapid response to outages
Act as the primary customer interface, providing real-time updates on service outages, system alarms, and project milestones
On-site Project Manager with a hands-on role in infrastructure and construction projects, contributing expertise in cabling, fiber design, and terminal base builds
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of site cabling, fiber infrastructure and base build, knowledge which has been gained due to exposure to project management portion of site build as also I am also integral piece of construction team
Demonstrated ability to design and implement tailored telecom solutions under strict deadlines, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and compliance standards
Preferred
Deep understanding of airport operations, protocols, and compliance procedures, contributing to smooth project execution and operational reliability preferred
