Technical Program Manager, Google Cloud Platform Reliability
Google is a leading technology company, and they are seeking a Technical Program Manager for Google Cloud Platform Reliability. In this role, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects, manage project schedules, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve Google Cloud-wide reliability and supportability.

Responsibilities
Own a portfolio of GCP-wide reliability programs (codes and horizontals)
Evaluate potential issues/opportunities which may require GCP-wide solutions, improving our ability to execute GCP-wide programs
Gather cross-group, cross-functional data, analysis, and planning. Plan for ongoing analysis/response, investment-levels, and eventual clean end of programs
Leverage local expertise and strategic understanding of longer-term goals to drive excellence beyond your local portfolio
Work with leadership and other program management organizations to discover and understand and share best practices/efficiencies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
10 years of experience in program management or engineering leadership
Experience with site reliability engineering, developer operations, and developer experience metrics
Preferred
10 years of experience managing complex cross-functional or cross-team projects
10 years of experience managing execution of programs that span multiple engineering teams
Experience in systems reliability engineering at scale
Understanding of the product life-cycle in a fast-moving environment
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries
