Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows and integrations
Build serverless applications using AWS Lambda and Python
Design and manage integrations leveraging AWS services such as S3 and DynamoDB
Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation, with Terraform preferred
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable cloud solutions
Participate in code reviews, version control management using Git/GitLab, and Agile development processes
Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing cloud-based contact center performance
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizenship required
Public Trust clearance required or higher
2 years of experience developing with Python
2 years of experience working with AWS services, including Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB
Hands-on experience or academic exposure to Amazon Connect development
Experience using Git or GitLab for version control
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
Preferred
Terraform experience preferred
