Responsibilities
Inspect and perform preventive maintenance on all building systems and equipment, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, electrical, and fire life safety
Respond to emergency maintenance requests and assess the building for potential safety hazards
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to be licensed by the Illinois Gaming Board
Preferred
technical trade school certification
