Responsibilities

Oversee the Tech Support ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of service requests while upholding exceptional standards of customer service and user satisfaction
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Assist with the setup and maintenance of user accounts and permissions
Document and track issues, resolutions, and work performed in a ticketing system
Deliver user training and support to promote adherence to IT policies, enhance technical proficiency, and encourage best practices in system usage and security
Collaborate with other IT team members to address complex issues and improve overall IT service delivery
Monitor and research emerging technologies and industry developments to ensure IT strategies and solutions remain current
Proactively identify opportunities for optimization and improvement across IT operations, demonstrating initiative and a self-driven approach to problem-solving
Collaborate with other IT team members to improve service delivery and support processes
Complete quality work on time, managing competing priorities and cross-functional projects
Perform additional duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
Familiarity with network troubleshooting and basic network concepts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience managing Microsoft 365 cloud services (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
A self-starter and eager to learn

Preferred

Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
iPad OS knowledge is a plus
