LaForce is seeking a Security Integration Project Assistant to support their Sales and Project Management teams in the Tampa, FL office. In this role, you will provide day-to-day support while learning about access control and security projects, assisting with project coordination, customer service, and administration.

Responsibilities

Assist Sales and Project Management teams with organizing and tracking project details

Serve as a point of contact for customer service and technical support needs related to access control and security products

Assist with pricing, quoting, and compiling technical information for access control and security systems

Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure successful project

Help manage project timelines by coordinating with coworkers, vendors, technicians, and customers to ensure smooth execution

Assist with project documentation

Provide general office and administrative support in the Tampa office as needed
