Responsibilities
Lead support for SaaS and enterprise-wide applications, providing guidance on design considerations and business impacts for configuration
Ensure quality of data for internal planning and activities
Manage configuration, setup, and updates for applications, providing guidance as needed
Oversee data loading processes into established tables, fields, and system databases
Review and approve governance standards and processes for data input, structures, and storage mechanisms
Lead the team in building reports and providing strategic insights and recommendations for business management decisions
Mentor the team responsible for training users and setting up user access
Recommend changes in application development, maintenance, and system standards
Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure integration and interoperability of enterprise-wide systems
Liaise with external vendors to ensure application support
Qualification
Required
6–8 years of experience in enterprise-wide software support
In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies
Expertise in configuring and managing SaaS and enterprise-wide applications
Experience applying security designs and principles to technology-based solutions
Team leadership and database management experience
Ability to develop and review complex custom queries and reports
Knowledge of data management best practices and quality control processes
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors

Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Methodology
Cloud Technologies & Platforms
Data Analysis, Modeling, Warehousing, and ETL Processes
Reporting Tools
Systems Security & Access Control
Expertise in Oracle Fusion Order Management, Pricing, and CTO
Experience in high-pressure project environments
Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or 9+ years of experience in enterprise-wide software support
Certifications in ITIL, Microsoft, and/or Oracle
