Responsibilities
Lead major, multi‑stream initiatives focused on delivering high‑impact data solutions across the organization
Build strong working relationships across technical and business teams to align priorities, manage interdependencies, and drive coordinated execution
Develop a unified program roadmap that supports both interim goals and long‑term enterprise data strategies
Oversee the design, evolution, and performance of data pipelines, ensuring they support advanced analytics and AI‑driven use cases
Proactively identify risks, resolve cross‑team blockers, and maintain momentum across complex data initiatives
Champion a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field—or equivalent practical experience
6+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in project or program management in technology or business environments
Hands‑on expertise with program governance, delivery methodologies, and managing complex data‑focused dependencies
Strong familiarity with SDLC processes and common project/agile management tools
Proven ability to lead through influence, especially in matrixed or cross‑functional environments
Solid understanding of software development, testing practices, implementation procedures, and core data/AI concepts
Experience guiding teams responsible for data pipeline development and integrating AI capabilities into data workflows
Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to maintain alignment and clarity
Background in managing large, strategic initiatives using diverse delivery frameworks such as agile, lean, scrum, or waterfall
Strong analytical mindset with a talent for navigating and solving complex data challenges
Curiosity-driven approach—eager to dive deep, ask questions, and become the subject-matter expert on data topics
Demonstrated ability to provide strategic direction for multidisciplinary project teams and drive outcomes that shape business impact
Skilled at making informed decisions related to resource planning, prioritization, and program direction
Excellent communication abilities, especially when explaining complex or sensitive information and building team consensus
Preferred
Experience working with enterprise-scale data management or upstream data delivery systems
Familiarity with data governance frameworks and data quality practices
Understanding of cloud-based data platforms and modern AI technologies
