Desktop Support Specialist
GStek, Inc. is seeking qualified applicants for full-time Desktop Support Specialist openings to provide support at their Fort Carson location. The role involves providing Tier II technical support for software, hardware, and other IT issues, as well as customer service and end-user assistance.

Responsibilities
Provide Tier II technical support to resolve software, hardware, and other related IT issues
Provide customer service and end-user assistance at the workstation, docking station, or other IT assets and resolve any hardware or software issues that may be present
Complete and/or resolve the moving/relocation of IT assets and resolve any issues that may result due to a relocation, change or deletion of IT assets such as printers, scanners, and other peripherals
Account management through active directory
Computer imaging
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizen
Active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance
Minimum of 3 years Help Desk support experience
Minimum of 3 years IT support working within a government Facility
Minimum of 1 Year working within an Army Network Enterprise Center environment
Must possess one or more of the following: GSEC, Security +CE, SSCP and/or CCNA-Security
Experienced with NETCOM, ARCYBER and OPORD requirements within a Helpdesk environment
Preferred
Training or Certification in Microsoft Windows 11 or Microsoft INTUNE Endpoint Management
