Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to capture requirements and define priorities
Design and optimize CRM + CPQ workflows to reduce sales cycle time
Document current/future state processes and create process flows / mockups
Build reports and dashboards and support UAT + user adoption
Work closely with delivery teams in an Agile environment
Qualification
Required
10+ years in Solution Architecture / Product / BA roles
Strong Salesforce experience (admin fundamentals, roles/access, reporting)
Deep experience with Salesforce CPQ and commercial sales processes
Comfortable translating business needs into technical requirements
