Responsibilities
Provides formalized leadership and continuing work direction to assigned teams, ensuring timely and effective project execution
Oversees the installation of IT projects across multiple business areas, ensuring alignment with business needs and technology strategies
Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
Secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field required
6-10 years of experience leading IT projects, managing cross-functional teams, and overseeing technical implementations
Strong understanding of project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
Experience leading M365 implementations (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform)
Strong knowledge of cloud-based collaboration tools and enterprise IT infrastructure
Preferred
Experience in Agile project management, IT governance, financial forecasting, and strategic planning preferred
Experience using Smartsheets, Microsoft Power BI, and Maximo preferred
