Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado, with a focus on automation, reliability, and governance across lower and higher environments
Maintain consistent and stable Salesforce environments and sandboxes, ensuring correct configuration and alignment across the Copado pipeline
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall DevOps and release lifecycle using Copado best practices
Investigate and resolve deployment issues, provide technical support to development teams, and ensure smooth promotion of changes across environments. When required, open and manage Copado vendor support tickets
Create and maintain documentation for release processes, CI/CD pipelines, Copado configurations, and DevOps standards. Actively share knowledge across the broader Salesforce COE
Work closely with developers, QA, architects, and release managers to align DevOps strategies with business and delivery objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of related experience
3+ years of Salesforce DevOps experience
3+ years of hands‑on experience with Copado CI/CD, including Source Format pipelines
3+ years of experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and GitHub
Strong understanding of DevOps and Agile principles
Solid knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and metadata
Preferred
Ability to work independently and multitask within a collaborative work environment
Willingness and aptitude for continuous improvement
Do the right thing attitude while being a strong team player
Strong communication and collaboration skills, focus on customer service
