Responsibilities

Promote communication between teams, fostering a collaborative work environment

Ensure transparency, facilitate cross-functional collaboration

Coordinate closely with Product Management

Resolve conflicts and help teams overcome technical obstacles

Encourage continuous, incremental improvement and facilitate retrospectives

Drive software development best practices that help improve quality

Flow and adapt current processes to improve productivity

Facilitate quarterly, multi-day Program Increment Planning events
