Responsibilities
Own features end-to-end: Build highly interactive, performant, and polished front-end experiences from concept to production
Partner closely with Product & Design: Turn ambiguous ideas into clear, user-friendly interfaces
Raise the bar technically: Establish clean, maintainable, scalable front-end architecture standards
Bring AI to the UI: Integrate AI capabilities into human-centered, agentic product workflows
Measure and optimize: Implement analytics and feedback loops; drive performance improvements with solid CI/CD and testing practices
Evolve the system: Grow the design system and component library to increase consistency and shipping velocity
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, Next.js, and TailwindCSS
Ability to design modular, scalable front-end systems, balancing speed and structure
Clear interest in AI-native interfaces and integrating LLMs into real-time experiences
Proven track record of shipping fast with a data-informed, iterative mindset
Strong product sense and design sensitivity: focus on interaction, motion, and polish to create delightful user experiences
Preferred
Experience in high-growth startups is a plus
You are proficient in TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, React.js, Product design, Next.js
English - Fully fluent
