Responsibilities
The Program Manager owns and is responsible for delivery of the CSI Program
This includes all deliverables and the day-to-day program management
They will be the head of the Project Management Office and controls all aspect of program management
They anticipate program deviations and take immediate corrective action
In addition, they must have or gain an understanding of the overall system and functional process integration in the EyeMed division
The Program Manager is a member of the executive steering committee
They are empowered to decide on all program-relevant issues and the budget
They escalate strategic issues to the program sponsor(s) for joint decision
Qualification
Required
SR Program Manager with PMP Certification (Must have Current PMP Certification)
IT PMO Experience
Strong Project Management Skills
Financial and Budgeting skills, Presentation skills
Knowledge of Waterfall Methodology Stage Gates and Processes
IT Development experience
10 + Years of Experience managing IT Projects within an IT Project
Preferred
Bilingual in both French and English
IT Development SDLC, PPM Tools i.e. Atlas, Planview, Clarity, etc
MS Projects, Reliable, Attention to detail, Strong Stakeholder Management
Able to manage multiple priorities with complex projects
