Sr. Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain project management documents such as project plans, budgets, schedules, and scope statements, as directed by the Project Manager
Serve as liaison between project teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate and control project documentation including RFIs, submittals, specifications, and schedules
Assist Project Managers with resource scheduling and allocation to ensure team members have the resources necessary to meet deadlines
Support development and tracking of project schedules and budgets using tools such as MS Project and vPlanner
Utilize Procore, BIM360/ACC, and Bluebeam to manage documentation, collaboration, and construction administration processes
Assist with cost estimating and tracking project financial performance
Schedule stakeholder meetings and facilitate communication between Project Managers, internal teams, and external stakeholders
Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders
Foster cross-team collaboration to support timely completion of deliverables
Lead and support efforts to standardize project setup and workflows across departments

Required

Bachelor's Degree in one of the following or related field: Engineering (Civil, Structural, Geotechnical), Construction or Engineering Management, Project Management, Engineering Management, Urban or Community Development, Planning
8+ years minimum experience in Engineering or Construction Management
If no BS - Has displayed all required skills with 10+ years of industry experience
Strong understanding of specifications, RFIs, submittals, project schedules, and cost estimating
Extremely effective in contract review, scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and other aspects of the project life span
Proficiency in: vPlanner, Procore, MS Project, MS Office Suite, BIM360 / ACC, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple active projects and deliverables simultaneously
Strong contract review and documentation control skills
Ability to establish and improve workflows across departments
Effective communication skills with the ability to adapt style to various audiences
Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrates integrity, strategic thinking, and the ability to resolve issues proactively
Responds well under pressure and can be flexible to make sure deadlines are met
Addresses issues and conflicts openly and resolves them; strategic thinker
