Responsibilities

Provide hands-on support to attorneys and paralegals throughout the lifecycle of complex litigation matters
Assist with document organization, case database management, exhibit preparation, and deposition support
Develop and maintain case timelines, chronologies, and witness materials
Ensure all litigation materials are organized, accessible, and trial-ready
Manage and maintain litigation support databases and applications, including: Ringtail, Concordance, TextMap
Support document review workflows, production preparation, and large-scale case repositories
Troubleshoot technical issues and serve as a resource on litigation technology best practices
Work closely with a small litigation support team to deliver consistent and responsive service
Partner with attorneys, paralegals, and practice support leadership
Contribute to department initiatives and process improvements

Required

7+ years of litigation support experience preferred (5+ years considered for exceptional candidates)
Prior law firm experience supporting complex litigation matters strongly preferred
Proficiency in Ringtail, Concordance, TextMap, or similar litigation support platforms
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Must be comfortable working fully onsite in Century City
