Responsibilities
Lead preparation of detailed engineering calculations, drawings, and technical specifications
Lead development of procurement documents for design and construction phases
Prepare and evaluate proposals, technical reports, and cost estimates
Perform detailed engineering analysis supporting procurement and construction activities
Interface directly with clients to review project scope, requirements, and technical solutions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering and technical teams
Lead overall design of power systems including engine generators, paralleling switchgear, protective relaying, medium and low voltage distribution equipment, lighting systems, and associated controls
Develop and maintain electrical specification sections
Mentor junior engineers and designers by providing technical guidance and design direction
Qualification
Required
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
5+ years of related engineering experience, preferably in consulting, Architecture and Engineering firms, or Electrical design environments
Preferred
Professional Engineering License preferred but not required
Experience supporting water and wastewater treatment facilities is a plus
