Responsibilities
Translate the Global Nutrition Routine Administrative Data Guidance into a set of engaging, practical, and user-friendly e-learning and dissemination materials
Ensure that the guidance is accessible and actively disseminated, learned, and applied across policymakers, program managers, and technical users
Create globally hosted e-learning and dissemination materials for consistent use at global, regional, and country levels
Qualification
Required
Advanced degree in Public Health, Communication, Information Systems, or related field preferred
Global Health (with a focus on Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health)
Communication, Public Health, Social and Behavior Change (SBC)
Monitoring and Evaluation, or a related field
At least 8 years of professional experience in social and behavior change (SBC) within high-level nutrition programmes and other global health initiatives, including design and technical guidance of communication strategies, dissemination and training content materials for implementers and stakeholders
Strong understanding of digital learning and multimedia production (voice-over, simple video, or webinar materials)
Proven skills in adult learning and the ability to translate technical guidance into accessible learning or communication products
Skills in presentation design, data visualization, and storytelling for both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience in creating interactive or modular training materials, including facilitator guides and participant
Knowledge of nutrition M&E, information systems and routine administrative data in health and nutrition programs
Knowledge of DHIS2 and national Health Management Information Systems (HMIS) how indicators are defined, collected, and reported
