Mechanical Project Engineer

They are seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer to design and manage mechanical engineering projects, coordinating with various engineering disciplines and ensuring adherence to client and code requirements.

Responsibilities
Conduct site visit investigations as well as generate reports/recommendations based on findings
Produce design plans, calculations and reports with limited direction
Coordinate with subconsultants, provide client interaction support, establish and maintain phase and task level budgets as well as schedule project phases and tasks
Schedule production staff and lead them through tasks, coordinate and assist with addendums, RFIs, and change orders
Assist in coordinating the work of a multi-disciplined team throughout the design development and contract document phases of a project
Other related responsibilities as necessary to fulfill the objectives of this role
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering
4+ years of experience with general building mechanical design production, preferably with commercial projects such as retail, restaurants, grocery, financial, and/or convenience stores
PE License required
AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office Required
