Responsibilities
Offer foundational technical support in network services, providing assistance in routine tasks
Assist with network projects and assignments
Participate in basic monitoring and routine troubleshooting of network and telecom systems
Collaborate with team members to address network infrastructure challenges and daily operational tasks
Support the creation and maintenance of network documentation
Develop and improve technical skills through on-the-job experience
Show eagerness to learn and gain expertise in network, telecom, and infrastructure services
Follow established best practices and standards in network service delivery
Qualification
Required
Typically, 1-2+ years of relevant work experience in an enterprise network environment
Basic data networking technical with operational experience (trouble ticketing, service requests, asset management, etc.)
A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
This is an on-site, hands-on role. Not remote
The client is in a controlled goods program environment and must comply with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), which mandates that all applicants be U.S. Citizens (preferred) or Permanent Residents
Preferred
A degree in a relevant field is a plus
Relevant certification(s), such as CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA a plus
