Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end migration of Alteryx workflows and reports to Tableau and/or Power BI
Analyze and document existing Alteryx data flows, transformations, and logic
Redesign and optimize data models, queries, and workflows for performance and scalability
Build interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau / Power BI
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate outputs
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance throughout migration
Perform testing, validation, and performance tuning
Document processes, data mappings, and best practices for long-term support
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or reporting roles
Strong hands-on experience with Alteryx (workflow analysis & migration)
Advanced expertise in Tableau and/or Power BI
Strong SQL and data modeling skills
Experience with data migration, ETL redesign, and dashboard optimization
Strong stakeholder communication and requirements translation skills
Preferred
Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure, AWS, GCP)
Knowledge of data governance and BI modernization best practices
Experience with large-scale BI/reporting migration projects
