The Construction Project Engineer Intern will support key coordination activities across a major data center campus project, working closely with Construction Delivery Teams and gaining exposure to multiple project phases.

Responsibilities
Assist the Construction Delivery Teams in executing of project specifications and managing all project delivery
Collaborate with Operations to coordinate work with MOP log and track required approvals
Prioritize and organize stakeholder input to timely support project milestones/deliverables
Ensure effective communication and coordination across all stakeholders
Support the management of owner-vendor contracts, ensuring alignment of project deliverables and requirements
Participate in safety walks and support implementation of mitigation procedures
Translate job requirements into executable field activities with minimal supervision is required
Perform job walks with stakeholders & contractors as needed
Facilitate page-turn reviews and capture comments with action items for the internal team
Manage the submittal and RFI processes to ensure up-to-date and accurate project documentation
Support design development reviews and document processes
Ensure project compliance with Vantage document controls standards and file specifications
Transcribe meeting minutes and track action, driving each item to closure
Assist in administering project closeout requirements and ensure all documentation satisfies compliance with specifications
Perform additional duties as assigned by Management
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a 4-year university pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar field
Rising Junior or Senior status
Minimum GPA requirement – 3.0
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Positive and proactive attitude
Customer-focused with a passion for enhancing employee experience
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Preferred
Previous Internship experience preferred but not required
