They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Temporary Administrative Assistant to provide executive and administrative support to a senior leader within the Ad Sales organization.

Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive
Manage heavy and complex calendar scheduling
Coordinate domestic and/or international travel arrangements
Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely manner
Draft, edit, and update PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and Excel spreadsheets
Anticipate and prepare the executive’s daily meeting schedule and priorities
Schedule internal and external meetings, conference calls, and virtual meetings
Serve as a point of contact and respond to inquiries on behalf of the executive, as appropriate
Assist with project coordination and special assignments
Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualification
Required
1+ year of administrative experience supporting senior-level executives
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively with executives, assistants, and internal and external stakeholders
Professional demeanor with a polished and poised presence
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Strong analytical skills
Interest in ad sales or the business side of the media industry
