Responsibilities
Leads, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans for complex projects and change driven activities in accordance with project management industry
Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case
Facilitates and ensures integration of project plan, schedules, and change management
Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
Coordinates commitments with internal and stakeholders to fulfill strategies
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated ability to work directly with executives or senior leaders
1+ years of experience developing executive level presentations
3+ years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions
Ability to lead an integrated team through personal influence without direct line authority over team members
1+ years of experience being involved in Employee Involvement or Engagement teams
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or higher
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Experience with leading cross functional teams or Employee Involvement (EI) teams
Exposure to Safety Management & Quality Management Systems
A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for driving continuous improvements
