Provide top-notch customer support for students, staff, and faculty navigating hardware and software challenges
Troubleshoot technical issues and answer a wide range of tech-related questions
Manage the check-out process for equipment, ensuring smooth access to essential tools for learning and teaching
Maintain regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance
Create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others

Qualification

Customer service experienceMicrosoft Office knowledgeTechnical troubleshootingCommunication skillsProblem-solving

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Preferred

Prior experience in customer service role
Demonstrated knowledge of the operations of personal computers and the functions of various software
