Required

7+ years of experience supporting and administering enterprise databases
2+ years in a technical lead or specialist-level role on complex projects
Must have Government regulated setting
Strong experience installing database software, applying Patch Set Updates (PSUs), and managing disk storage
2–5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle 12c or later, including installation, patching, and administration
Experience supporting PostgreSQL environments

Preferred

Extensive experience with Oracle database administration including ASM storage management
Knowledge of backup, recovery, replication, and high availability strategies aligned to RTO/RPO objectives
Expertise in database performance tuning (SQL, memory structures, and optimization)
Experience implementing database security standards, including compliance with HIPAA, SOX, or other regulatory frameworks
Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server administration
Experience with OLTP, OLAP, and high-volume transaction systems
