Responsibilities
Coordinate and lead resource planning for the three major program areas: Tactical, Test Missile Kit, and Electrical Ground Support Equipment
Coordinate and establish work lanes for incoming / outgoing program needs
Support staffing and resource updates
Coordinate with management to understand needs and engage enterprise team in meeting resource requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience/combined education
Previous program management experience
8+ years professional experience
US Citizenship is required
Preferred
Demonstrated capability to work with other companies and cross functional teams in a formative environment, as evidenced by excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to organize, motivate, and lead a group of diverse personnel that includes customers, partners, and suppliers
Experience across the engineering development lifecycle, including research & development, requirements decomposition, subsystem architecture and design, implementation, integration, test and verification, and deployment
Strong communication skills, and experience presenting to peers, leadership, and/or customers
Proven ability to work effectively and collaborate in a team environment
