Program CNC mills and lathes using Mastercam
Analyze and interpret blueprints and part designs
Optimize programs to improve productivity and reduce cycle time
Develop fixtures to support setup reduction and efficiency
Support manufacturing operations and ensure best machining practices
Qualification
Required
10+ years of CNC programming experience (Mastercam required)
Experience with Haas and Fanuc controls
Proficiency with SolidWorks
Experience programming vertical & horizontal mills and standard/dual spindle lathes
Strong knowledge of fixturing, tooling, and machining optimization
Problem-solving mindset and strong collaboration skills
