Responsibilities
Provide direct supervision of at least two team members in collaboration with direct leader and leadership team
Oversee the performance of an entire team, program or work area
Oversee day-to-day operations and assign tasks to reach broader department or organizational goals
Participate, with direct leader and leadership team, in determining program/staffing levels, and needs, and adjust when appropriate and approved
Maintain open communication with department leadership regarding patients, family, personnel, and departmental issues
Demonstrate commitment to a patient and family-centered model of care
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in an administrative or community-based role within a healthcare, clinical, school, or community-based organization
2+ years of direct experience working with patients, clients, or community members
At least 1 year of leadership experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity
Associate's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Child Development, Social Work, or a related discipline; OR equivalent combination of education and work experience
Preferred
Direct supervision experience, preferred
Community Health Worker Certification Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Child Development, Social Work, or a closely related field
