Responsibilities
Design, model, simulate, implement, and optimize real-time embedded systems for edge computing and critical control applications
Develop and transition embedded software solutions from prototype to field-ready systems
Collaborate with hardware vendors and cross-functional teams to select and integrate embedded platforms
Contribute to technical publications, intellectual property, and advanced research initiatives
Qualification
Required
ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED
Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field with significant industry experience
Strong experience developing real-time embedded applications on ARM, x86, microcontrollers, or similar platforms
Proficiency in C/C++ embedded software development
Experience with Real-Time Linux, Linux kernel/driver development, and embedded Linux build systems (e.g., Yocto)
Experience using MATLAB/Simulink for modeling, simulation, and algorithm development
