Supply Chain Master Data Manager

The Supply Chain Master Data Manager is responsible for enterprise master data governance and integrity, partnering with various departments to support operational excellence and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
Own and lead the enterprise master data strategy, including governance, standards, controls, and lifecycle management
Establish and maintain item master, BOM, routing, and related data methodologies that support operational excellence and system scalability
Lead large-scale master data transformation initiatives, including item rationalization and data cleanup to improve ERP performance and planning accuracy
Direct master data support for new products, new processes, and capital or operational projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines
Ensure master data readiness and integrity for critical milestones across product development, manufacturing, and supply chain initiatives
Lead the enterprise rollout of the NIR tool across all manufacturing facilities
Serve as a key leader in the selection, implementation, and integration of supply chain software supporting planning, scheduling, capacity management, and SIOP
Partner with Finance and Procurement to support cost rolls, savings tracking, and data-driven financial insights
Oversee capacity modeling and reporting within Power BI, enabling executive-level visibility and decision support
Act as the primary interface between IT and Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, and Finance, translating business requirements into data and system solutions
Provide leadership oversight for master data creation and BOM maintenance teams, ensuring performance, accountability, and continuous improvement
Champion Lean principles and continuous improvement to enhance data quality, process efficiency, and cross-functional alignment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or another quantitative discipline
3–5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, engineering, or data-driven operational environments
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and system or process transformations
Strong understanding of ERP master data structures and governance best practices
Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
Strong business acumen with the ability to align data strategy to enterprise priorities
Executive-level communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Preferred
Programming or technical background is a plus
